The new National Listings Framework: Criminal Practice Direction on Listing and updated LCJ’s Guidance on Remote Hearings (Wednesday 9 September 2026) – Law Society LMS
The briefing will be presented by His Honour Judge Martin Edmunds KC, Resident Judge, Isleworth Crown Court and will cover the new Practice Direction on Listings, and revised guidance on the use of live video links in criminal courts, both published by the Lady Chief Justice on 6 July and in force from 1 October 2026.
