As a committee member, you will:
– Play a key role in shaping the rules governing criminal proceedings
– Actively contribute to discussions and development of rule changes at Committee and sub-group level
– Work collaboratively to drive practical reform
– Represent your profession, reflecting sector views and sharing updates with your networks

Eligibility – Applicants must:
– Be authorised to conduct litigation in the Senior Courts (as required under the Courts Act 2003)
– Have significant experience of practice in criminal courts
Key details:
Term: 4 years
Time commitment: Approximately 8 days per annum
Remuneration: Unpaid (reasonable expenses reimbursed)
