As a current CLSA member, you can login to view and update information on your membership and you can also access the private Member Area.
You can login using the Member Login link at the top right of the website.
Logging in
Your login details will be sent to you by email.
Your username is set when your account is created and cannot be updated by you directly. Please contact the Administrator if you have issues with the username. You can also login instead with the email address associated with your membership.
Your password is automatically generated but can be changed by you once you have logged in to your account. For your own security, please ensure you do not use a simplistic or easily guessed password.
If you forget your password, there is a ‘Lost your password’ link which will guide you how to reset your password.
My account
When you login successfully you will be taken to the Dashboard in your ‘My account’ area.
in ‘My account’ you can view the following:
Orders
You will be able to view previous Orders.
Memberships
You will be able to view your Membership type.
Subscription
You will be able to view future recurring subscriptions (unless you are part of a Firm membership, where the lead solicitor has purchased the Firm membership).
Addresses
Update the Billing Address that appears on the checkout page (but if you are part of a Firm membership, this will be the Billing Address for the lead solicitor who purchased the Firm membership).
Payment methods
To keep administration costs down, manual payment by BACS or cheque is no longer available. If you have previously paid by cheque or BACS, you can update your Payment Method here to add either debit/card payment or direct debit for future membership renewals.
If your credit/debit card is expiring/has expired, or you’d like to change to a different card, you can also update your details in Payment Methods.
Account details
In this section you can:
- change your password
- update your contact details
- update the information which appears in the public Member Directory/Find A Solicitor (if you have consented to this information being displayed)
- change your consent to having your information displayed in the public Member Directory
Member Area
When you are logged in to My Account, click on the button ‘Go to Member Area’.
You will be able to view private Member pages, depending on your level of membership (Associates can only view limited pages).
You will also see a link to a page which will allow you to apply for a Court Users ID Card for free.
