Bedrock Case Management is a modern, web-based and highly-responsive case management system built specifically for solicitors and fee-earners. Developed by Adam Makepeace and Rock Management Services, Bedrock was designed closely with our in-house Practice Management team, as well as solicitors of the firms they manage.
Bedrock handles all aspects of practice management, with the key aim of reducing admin requirements. With a ‘Best of breed’ workflow, Bedrock efficiently manages both legal aid and private client requirements. What sets it apart from generic case management systems are its specialised features: offline attendance notes, automatic downloading from Common Platform, and bespoke reports, including those that meet duty solicitor compliance requirements.
