Nomination Form for Election of Committee Member

Nominations made in accordance with Rule 13.1, shall be valid only if received by the Secretary not later than 42 days in advance of the AGM.

The Nominee, Proposer and Seconder must be current members of the Association

The Nominee to complete the form including the Proposer’s and Seconder’s details.

The Nominee must countersign and date the nomination and indicate thereby that they consent to stand.

Nominee, Proposer and Seconder will be asked to agree that they have read the Constitution - Section 13 and that they abide by it

On completion the form will be emailed to the Proposer and Seconder to be signed and emailed to admin@clsa.co.uk
