Nomination Form for Election of CLSA Officers

Nominations made in accordance with Rule 13.1, shall be valid only if received by the Secretary not later than 42 days in advance of the AGM.

The Nominee, Proposer and Seconder must be current members of the Association

  • The Nominee to complete the form including the Proposer’s and Seconder’s details.
  • The Nominee must countersign and date the nomination and indicate thereby that they consent to stand.
  • Nominee, Proposer and Seconder will be asked to agree that they have read the Constitution - Section 13 and that they abide by it
  • On completion the form will be emailed to the Proposer and Seconder to be signed and emailed to admin@clsa.co.uk
  • To be eligible, nomination forms and copies signed by both the proposer and the seconder, must be received by Thursday 21st August 2025.
  • To be eligible for election to Chair you must have been a member of the Committee prior to election, save where there is no such candidate.
