Have your say: criminal law firms’ capacity to manage the court backlog

17 November 2021

The Law Society has launched a short survey to get some information about the capacity of criminal law firms.

To inform our conversations with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) about clearing the courts backlog, we’d like to know how criminal law firms would respond to changes in the amount of cases passing through the Crown Court.

We’d be grateful if you can complete our short survey. It should take about five minutes, depending on your answers.

Take the survey

The deadline to respond is 5pm, Friday 26 November 2021.

All responses will be analysed and reported on at an aggregated level to ensure that no firm or individual can be identified.

Thank you in advance for your time and input.

If you have any questions about the survey, email Joanne Cox or Alice Mutasa at defendinglegalaid@lawsociety.org.uk
